Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilograms washed & dried,boiled mutton
  • 4 tablespoon crushed to paste garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • 10 red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 cup mustard oil

HOW TO MAKE MUTTON FRY

Step 1 Wash the mutton

To prepare this dish at home, begin with washing the mutton pieces under running water. Then drain the excess water and keep them aside. Mutton Fry is a crispy and spicy fusion of perfectly cooked meat. This easy recipe can be prepared at home in just a few minutes, if all the ingredients are in place. For making this easy lunch/dinner recipe, soak chillies for few minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder to the washed and dried mutton. If you want you can par-boil the mutton chunks.

Step 2 Cook the spices

Now, take oil in a non-stick pan. Put the chopped onion and add garlic-ginger paste to it. Fry it in simmer for few minutes. Once, it turns golden brown, add chopped tomato and again fry it. Put mutton and chilli-cumin paste in it and mix well. You can also add a bit of lime juice or dried mango powder to make it more flavoursome

Step 3 Garnish and serve hot!

Finally add vinegar and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and some finely sliced chilies. This spicy mutton tastes heavenly, when served hot with a choice of Rice, Roti, Butter Naan etc.
